Research topics / Role in NetRNA

• Dissect the biology of host-virus interactions to identify factors that contribute to resistance or susceptibility of the model plant Arabidopsis and grapevine to RNA-virus infection,
• Characterize the underlying mechanisms at the molecular and ultrastructural levels,
• Integrate the generated knowledge for biotechnological purposes with respect to virus-resistant plants and virus detection.
