Role in NetRNA
The group of Jean-Luc Imler contributes expertise in antiviral immunity to the network. The group studies the biology of the pattern recognition receptors sensing viral infection in insects and the responses they trigger. One long term goal is to exploit the biodiversity of insects to identify original mechanisms of antiviral immunity, the characterization of which could point to innovative antiviral strategies.
